Like most of you have a busy lifestyle, so do I, and I often lost myself in all of those to-do lists.
So when i got injured, and was forced to cut some activities out - I found yoga.
I learned how good my body can feel - how to move and breathe consciously.

I never imagined that it could make such a difference to listen to your bodys needs and its effect on life beyond the mat.

My background as a physiotherapist helps me to understand different bodies and their anatomy / physiology. Yes - I admit I am a bit of an anatomy freak, so expect me to bring some anatomic cues in my classes. It also helps me to tailor the classes to your special wishes, even when you are injured.
My mission as a physio and as a yoga teacher is getting you to feel good in your body.

  • Besides yoga - outdoorsy stuff makes me happiest. I am probably the most comfortable when horseriding with my beautiful iclandic mare, when rock climbing or when camping.

  • i graduated my Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy and worked as such. But as for now i am taking a little break from that and studying public health.

  • One day i am dreaming of having my own farm with many horses and doing some yoga magic in this place. But who knows
